Dye sublimated lanyards are the style for designs with multiple colors, gradients, fine lines or photographs. We make them from polyester and use dye sublimation to dye your design into the fabric rather than print ink on top, so there's no ink to rub off or fade.

Can I use photos, gradients or lots of colors?

Yes. Dye sublimation dyes your design into the polyester instead of printing ink on top, so multiple colors, gradients, fine lines and photographs all work, and the price includes one full-color print. With no ink on the surface, there is nothing to rub off or fade.

What is the minimum order for dye sublimated lanyards?

The minimum order is 100 pieces. Per-piece prices drop as the quantity goes up; see the price table above.

How long does production take?

Production takes about 2 weeks after you approve your proof and pay, including shipping to your location. Before production starts, we email you a free digital proof and revise it until you are satisfied.

Choose from 10 attachments. One comes free with every lanyard: Bulldog Clip, Swivel J-Hook, Thumb Trigger or Key Ring; the others are upgrades priced per attachment. A safety breakaway is free, and disconnect buckles and adjustment beads are available as add-ons.
